Public Aging Well with Yoga Classes
Oakland and Piedmont
Great for beginners but you will be challenged even if you are more advanced. We work on strength, flexibility, balance, posture, breathing, and meditation. Modifications provided so that everyone can benefit from the practices. I also incorporate some resistance training with bands to work on upper body strength and self-massage with Yoga Tune-Up balls.

Yoga Therapy for healthy aging
- Private yoga therapy session is great for people who are completely new to yoga or who would like to have my undivided attention or need help addressing symptoms that affect their well-being. Yoga can be beneficial for a lot of conditions, such as osteoporosis, high blood pressure, arthritis, balance issues, back pain, anxiety or depression. We will create a home plan with yoga practices that you will be able to work on at home.

PWR!Moves and Yoga Therapy for Parkinson's Disease
PWR!Moves is an evidence-based, high-amplitute and high-effort exercise that has been developed for people with Parkinson's disease. It addresses motor, cognitive and emotional symptoms and optimizes brain function. Yoga with its focus on stress reduction, flexibility, strength, breath and mindfulness also offers great benefits to people with PD. When combined, these two approaches provide the maximum benefits to people with PD.
