I should add that I was beginning to reach the point of having difficulty actually making it to classes - a problem we will all eventually face. Now every week I am taking three exercise classes with Petra. Remarkably, after four weeks of this more intensive work, I actually reversed a key Parkinson's symptom. I had reached a point where I had to use a walker to get around our house. But now I have largely stopped using the walker at home. It's wonderful! I certainly hope that the zoom classes continue in the longer run."

I’ve been taking Petra’s class on zoom for about a year now. She is a wonderful teacher, very encouraging and knowledgeable about PD and exercise. Her classes include movement activities that work to improve common PD issues such as balance, stiffness, physical and cognitive coordination, and general fitness. I highly recommend her class.
